  1. Production of support documents mainly for director’s briefings;
  2. Examination and evaluation of tasks distributed by ISHCT director;
  3. Flexible realization of operational tasks;
  4. Acceptance and tackling petitions, complaints and various initiatives;
  5. Solutions of employees ´ disciplinary offences;
  6. Classification of records and articles in close cooperation with ISHCT register;
  7. Responsibility for planning process on the basis of information provided by heads of all the ISHCT departments;
  8. Realization and evaluation of activities in the sense of the ISHCT Control plan;
  9. Responsibility for the ISHCT Defence planning process in close cooperation with other departments;
  10. Preparation and realization of foreign visits at the institute;
  11. Direct support for internal legal regulation;
  12. Publication of internal orders;
  13. Protection of employees´ personal data;
  14. Budget planning based on monitoring of measured markers;
  15. Responsibility for public contacts;
  16. Responsibility for media advertisement;
  17. Production and distribution of advertising issues;
  18. Responsibility for internal briefings;
  19. Elaboration of defence planning;
  20. Holiday planning for employees;
  21. Release of internet and intranet news;
  22. Cooperation with the communication unit in the sense of the administration of internet and intranet articles;
  23. Stand-by duties coordination;
  24. Responsibility for short-time evacuation;
  25. Elaboration of civilian protection regulations;
  26. Provision of translating and interpreting services;
  27. Legal advisory for ISHCT employees;
  28. Elaboration of damage reports;
  29. Elaboration of trade contracts;
  30. Elaboration of conceptual documentation on ISHCT development;
  31. Preparation of official documents for other bodies;
  32. Service assessment of professional soldiers at the AD;
  33. Planning of ISHCT activities;
  34. Elaboration of AD data for public procurement;
  35. Mass media monitoring;
  36. Preparation of rental agreements for various parties.
